We only work with the best ingredients and we know where those ingredients come from. We are constantly looking for the best of the best, preferably organic. Our search leads us to sources in our own region, the rest of the Netherlands and abroad. We work together with our suppliers, farmers and growers. Whether it is chocolate from Brazil, spelt flour from Zeeland, dairy products from local farmers or beautiful nut pastes from Italy, everything must fit our high quality standard.
We are always willing to explain to our guests how our creations are made. We aim for our products to be recognizable, innovative and surprising. Every creation has multiple textures and flavors for a complete and delicious “pastry” experience.
